Location Services – General
Go to Settings [1], Privacy & Security [2], Location Services [3], and check if Location Services [4] is turned on.
Location Services – Safari
On your phone, go to the screen as described below, navigate to Safari Websites [1], and select the option While Using the App [2]. Also, make sure Precise Location [3] is enabled.
Location Services – Seat63
Go to the home screen of your phone and open Safari. Then open the link you received in your welcome email.
Click on the site settings icon [1] to the left of the address, then click on the three dots [2]. Scroll down the menu and select Location [3], then choose Allow [4].
